PVC Pressure
CIVILPIPES offers a wide range of PVC pressure pipes and fittings compliant with water industry standards.
PVC-U pipes have been used in the water industry for many years because of the high strength to weight ratio; corrosion resistance; chemical resistance and ease of handling and installation.
PVC-M pipes have additional Impact Modifiers that produces a more predictable structure that enhances the materials toughness, ductility and resistance to cracking.
PVC-O pipes are manufactured using an advanced process of extrusion followed by a process of bi-axial expansion that results in the molecular orientation of the pipe structure. This produces a product with greatly enhanced physical attributes such as impact resistance, higher ductility, high fatigue resistance and a larger bore with improved flow characteristics.
Pipes are available in Series 1 diameters (ISO compatible) and Series 2 diameters (DI compatible); and can be produced in a range of colours to suit application requirements.
